We are a Manufacturer. Our company was established in the year 1998, more than 20 years.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is one 40 ft container. We have more than 80 kinds of products. You can mix all models in the same container.
Several units as a sample for testing are also acceptable.
Q: Can I use my brand name?
A: Yes, of cause. OEM is acceptable for us. You just need to send us your brand file, we will design it for you.
Q: What's your warranty for your products?
A: Casing: 10 years. Other spare parts: 1 year.
It is difficult to do maintenance overseas. So we will supply 1-2% free spare parts for maintenance use. It will be enough for your 1-3 years of use.
Q: How long should I wait after placing an order?
A: It is about 7-15 days for a sample and 25-30 days for a full container.
Q: Will you test each product before delivery?
A: Yes, we will test our products one by one before delivery.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Normally our payment term is 30% TT in advance, 70% before sipping, or 100% L/C at sight.
