Working principle:
As refrigeration equipment and based on water evaporation, high temperature water chiller is taking air's wet-bulb depression as driving potential, and using the heat and moisture transfer between high temp. dry air and water to lower water temperature.
Firstly, the high temp.dry air entering the chiller is wetted by an indirect evaporative cooler, and the air after cooled enters into direct evaporative cooler, having heat and moisture transfer with water. At the moment, some heat in liquid water is evaporated into the air, and liquid water is lowered as it loses heat, thus, high temperature cold water is obtained.
Aolan high temperature water chiller takes air and water as working medium.

Aolan evaporative cooling type high temperature water chiller consists of fresh air section, filtering section, fan section, indirect evaporative cooling section, direct evaporative cooling section and supply air section.

Installation & maintenance:
1) The side air inlet filter should be periodically cleaned or replaced during normal operation.
2) Filter should be equipped in the inlet of circulating water pump and electronic hydrotreater is suggested to be installed.
3) To avoid short cut of air stream, there should be some height differences and horizontal distance between air inlet and air outlet.
4) In some regions with high wind sand, anti-wind sand device should be installed in air inlet, and should be cleaned periodically.
5) Bottom elevation of the chiller should be at least 600mm higher than the impeller center of the circulating water pump.
6) Before winter, the inlet and outlet valve of the chiller's air cool coil should be closed, and liquid water in cool coil should be blowed off by compressing air to avoid cold injury on chiller by low temperature in winter. Also, the water in tank should be drained off and keep dry.
